I have no idea how to start this content.
I just have a lot on my mind.
Actually, I've been really tangled up with anxiety lately.
Over the past month and a half, I was stuck in my strong emotions.
Sometimes, I felt I had lost the courage and energy to move forward.
So, why did this happen?
It was really odd enough.
At the beginning, I decided to give myself a long vacation and confirmed that I can live without a job for a long time.
However, one and a half months ago, I attempted to seek a job, and I found that it was really difficult to obtain an interview invitation.
So, due to the bad situation, I got really frustrated and stressed.
Therefore, I was managing my emotions while continuing with my plan.
And one day, I decided to review my goal, record the progress of my plans and think about it deeply.
Lastly, I reached a conclusion that everything was in order.
Additionally, I reckoned that I could achieve all the plans provided that I gave myself a long time.
Also, bad emotions were due to my hurry.
Now, I have thrown away my passive thinking.
In other words, I have rebelled against and defeated myself.
I have to say, being stuck in an odd status is a common situation for people.
At first, maybe we can't do anything to cope with it.
But, don't worry and don't give up.
In my opinion, we are powerful enough to settle it.
Based on the above, here are some tips to help us.
Firstly, face our emotions correctly.
We should know each negative state of ourselves clearly.
Next, break it down and analyse the reasons.
We need to seek and match all the reasons with all the bad moods.
Lastly, set a goal and some steps to cope with it.
After we observe our mindset and heart clearly, we can have a distinct method to overcome and illuminate.
Maybe the human mindset is complex, but making it explicit and attempting to manage it is worth trying.
Don't worry and don't lose courage!
Here is my mantra: 'I don't make negative assumptions; success or failure, it's all part of life's experience!'
Sharing with you!
